1. Send us your date with the form below. 2. We confirm it personally and send your rental agreement. 3. Pay the non-refundable deposit ($500 per rental day) to lock in your date(s). 4. We deliver and set up anywhere in Indiana. 5. Pay the balance once the stage is set up, before your event. Outside Indiana? Send a request and we will quote travel.
Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost to rent the stage?
$1,500 for the first day and $1,000 for each additional consecutive day at the same venue. That includes delivery, setup, teardown and someone from our team on site, anywhere in Indiana.
How do I reserve my date?
Send us your date with the form below. Once we confirm it's open, you sign the rental agreement and pay the deposit ($500 per rental day) to hold it.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit ($500 per rental day) is non-refundable because it holds a date we turn other events away for. It's tied to that date and counts toward your total.
When is the rest due?
Once the stage is set up at your venue, before your event begins.
What if I need to change my date?
Your deposit ($500 per rental day) is tied to the date you booked and doesn't transfer. A new date is treated as a new booking: it needs a new $500 deposit for each day, and the new date has to be open.
Do you deliver outside Indiana?
Often, yes. Out-of-state events get a custom quote. Use the form below.
How long does setup take?
The stage deploys in about 40 minutes.
What hours does a rental day cover?
7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Events wrap up by 11:00 PM.
Can you provide sound and lighting?
Yes, as add-ons. Ask us when you send your request.
